Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Decor And Art. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for items shipped within the United States.

Condition: Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Return Method: Returns should be sent back by mail. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive detailed instructions.

Fees:

  • Customer Remorse: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are responsible to send items back to us.
  • Defective Items: If your item is defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please provide evidence of the defect when contacting us.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at no cost before they are shipped. Cancel via email only; phone cancellations are not accepted.
  • After Shipment: If an order is canceled post-shipment or refused upon delivery, refer to our return policy. Changes of address after shipment incur re-route fees.

Damaged Items

  • Inspection Required: Inspect items upon delivery. Do not accept damaged items.
  • Reporting Damage: Report damages within 48 hours with detailed photos. Claims must include a Return Authorization Form and photos emailed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Resolution: Damaged items will be repaired or replaced. Refunds are considered if repair or replacement is not feasible.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible to send merchandise back to us, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
